What you will do

• Develop and execute Claude's enterprise brand strategy, positioning, and messaging architecture.
• Translate technical research into business-value narratives for executive and technical buyers.
• Partner with product marketing, sales, and growth teams to drive funnel engagement.
• Lead high-impact, category-defining campaigns with internal and agency partners.
• Create measurement frameworks to track brand's contribution to commercial outcomes.
• Provide brand support for the revenue organization during competitive deals.

Requirements

• B2B brand marketing experience selling complex tech platforms to enterprise buyers.
• Proven track record of establishing category leadership in competitive markets.
• Experience partnering with product and sales teams to influence pipeline and win rates.
• Strong creative judgment and experience briefing creative agencies.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Must be based in or able to work from San Francisco, CA.

• 12+ years of B2B brand marketing experience.
• Experience scaling a brand function from scratch.
