What you will do

• Set and drive the creative vision and strategic direction across a broad portfolio of B2B client accounts.
• Oversee all facets of creative including strategy, concepting, design, production, and post-production.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a large multidisciplinary team of creative professionals.
• Partner with executive leadership to expand service offerings, contribute to pitches, and win new business.
• Drive financial outcomes by meeting P&L goals and optimizing resourcing.
• Employ AI technologies to enhance business processes and leverage the proprietary Nova ecosystem.

Requirements

• Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Proven experience as a Creative Director or equivalent senior leadership role at a creative or media agency.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual development and delivery of large-scale creative campaigns.
• Demonstrated success managing and developing large creative teams across multiple accounts.
• Strong business acumen with experience driving retention, service expansion, and new business wins.
• Executive-level presentation and communication skills.
