IT Business Analyst (Data/Power BI)

Location: Bucharest, Romania; hybrid work from home and the office

What you will do

• Analyze, maintain, and refine business and functional requirements, translathirify.global epics into features and user stories.
• Support the Product Owner with backlog prioritization, product vision, strategy, roadmap, and project management activities.
• Analyze business processes, root causes, information needs, data inputs and outputs, and opportunities to improve data quality.
• Work in an Agile multidisciplinary squad with Business Analysts, IT DevOps, and UX Designers to deliver stable and maintainable solutions.
• Create test cases and test functionalities and changes delivered by Development Engineers, includhirify.global INT and UAT scenarios.
• Support automated data feeds and the onboardhirify.global and consumption of new data sources.

Requirements

• Relevant project and bankhirify.global experience as an IT Business Analyst, with a functional focus and knowledge of the data domain.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, problem-solvhirify.global, and collaboration skills.
• Good understandhirify.global of data feeds, data models, process modellhirify.global with BPMN, and data quality.
• Experience with progression, non-regression, INT, and UAT testhirify.global, as well as test scenario creation and execution.
• Practical Agile experience in cross-functional and distributed teams, includhirify.global release management and solution rollouts.
• Advanced English is mandatory. A Bachelor’s degree or higher in an Economic or IT-related field is required.
