Senior Business Analyst (AI)

Location: Remote within the European Union region; Bulgaria and Romania are listed. An EU work permit is required.

What you will do

• Elicit, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
• Translate business needs into high-level and technical user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Manage, refine, and prioritize backlogs with Product Owners and development teams.
• Coordinate alignment across multiple teams working on distributed systems and complex integrations.
• Support migrations, platform transformations, solution design, testing, and UAT activities.
• Maintain high-quality documentation in Jira and Confluence.

Requirements

• Strong business analysis experience, including requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, and user story writing.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and data modeling.
• Experience with distributed systems, platform-based architectures, web-based development projects, migrations, and complex IT initiatives.
• Very good knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
• Experience working across multiple teams in fixed-price and Agile Scrum delivery environments.
• Practical experience using AI-powered assistants and the right to work in the European Union are required.

Nice to have

• Structured use of GenAI in the software development life cycle, including workflows, prompt patterns, or tool integrations.
• Familiarity with agent-based workflows, automation patterns, or AI-augmented development.
• Knowledge of the leasing or railway domain.
• Experience working with SAP systems.
