Group Business Analyst (iGaming)

Location: Bucharest, Romania; hybrid work. Hybrid work is available after the first three months, with up to 50 work-from-home days per year.

What you will do

• Conduct regulatory gap analyses between product capabilities and local or regional gaming requirements.
• Identify and document impacted flows, systems, products, dependencies, assumptions, and required changes.
• Analyze and document client-specific feature requirements for custom development projects.
• Collaborate with compliance, product, development, UX/UI teams, clients, and other stakeholders to define feasible requirements.
• Prioritize requirements based on business value, feasibility, and impact, and support delivery throughout the software development lifecycle.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a similar IT/software delivery role.
• Experience with regulatory compliance, gap analysis, system or feature requirements, and iGaming operators or software providers.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, documentation, and technical writing skills.
• Knowledge of use cases, user stories, process flows, UML, Agile methodologies, and requirement management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Basic technical awareness of APIs, data flows, system integrations, reporting, and source-of-truth concepts.
• Knowledge of MGA, UKGC, or other regional gaming authority frameworks is expected.
