Location: Must be based in Bucharest, Romania (Hybrid work model available after 3 months).

What you will do

• Conduct in-depth gap analysis between product capabilities and regional regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with compliance teams to document regulatory gaps, dependencies, and required system changes.
• Analyze and document client-specific feature requirements for custom development projects.
• Engage with product managers, developers, and clients to ensure clear and feasible project requirements.
• Work with UX/UI teams to translate business needs into functional design specifications.
• Support the development team throughout the software development lifecycle to ensure requirements are met.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or similar role in IT/software delivery.
• Must be based in Bucharest, Romania.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and its impact on software development.
• Proficiency in documentation methodologies such as use cases, user stories, and process flows.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, UML, and requirement management tools like Jira or Confluence.
• Basic technical awareness of APIs, data flows, and system integrations.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in the iGaming industry.
• Knowledge of specific regulatory frameworks such as MGA or UKGC.
