TL;DR
Group Business Analyst (iGaming): Conducting regulatory gap analysis and defining feature requirements for a leading B2B iGaming platform with an accent on compliance frameworks and stakeholder management. Location: Must be based in Bucharest, Romania (Hybrid work model available after 3 months).

What you will do
- Conduct in-depth gap analysis between product capabilities and regional regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with compliance teams to document regulatory gaps, dependencies, and required system changes.
- Analyze and document client-specific feature requirements for custom development projects.
- Engage with product managers, developers, and clients to ensure clear and feasible project requirements.
- Work with UX/UI teams to translate business needs into functional design specifications.
- Support the development team throughout the software development lifecycle to ensure requirements are met.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or similar role in IT/software delivery.
- Must be based in Bucharest, Romania.
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and its impact on software development.
- Proficiency in documentation methodologies such as use cases, user stories, and process flows.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, UML, and requirement management tools like Jira or Confluence.
- Basic technical awareness of APIs, data flows, and system integrations.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in the iGaming industry.
- Knowledge of specific regulatory frameworks such as MGA or UKGC.
