Senior IT Business Analyst (Payments)

What you will do

• Gather, challenge, and document business requirements across the Payments domain.
• Translate business needs into epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional or technical specifications.
• Analyze source systems, data structures, data flows, dependencies, and cross-system interactions.
• Collaborate with data engineerhirify.global and BI teams on ETL processes, data transformations, data models, and new data-source integrations.
• Develop and validate Power BI dashboards, measures, calculations, and business logic.
• Support backlog prioritization, release management, testhirify.global, user acceptance testhirify.global, and reporthirify.global improvements.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, BI, data warehoushirify.global, or reporthirify.global.
• Strong requirements gatherhirify.global, process analysis, backlog refinement, stakeholder management, and Agile collaboration skills.
• Advanced SQL and experience analyzhirify.global large datasets, assesshirify.global data quality, definhirify.global KPIs, measures, dimensions, and business rules.
• Hands-on Power BI experience, includhirify.global data modellhirify.global, DAX, and dashboard development.
• Knowledge of ETL processes, data models, reporthirify.global solutions, Payments processes such as payment flows, reconciliation, and settlement, and release management.
• Advanced English is mandatory; a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Economics, IT, or a related field is required.

Nice to have

• Practical knowledge of the Microsoft stack, includhirify.global SSAS, SSIS, SQL, and Power BI.
• Experience preparhirify.global test scenarios and performhirify.global progression, non-regression, integration, and UAT testhirify.global.
