Salary: $112,710 – $169,060

What you will do

• Serve as a senior technical contributor for the CUL Chassis team, leading projects and mentoring less-experienced engineers.
• Design chassis components and hydraulic line routing solutions, balancing cost, durability, and installation feasibility.
• Drive resolution of complex design, quality, and production issues through data-driven analysis and corrective actions.
• Participate in hands-on machine fit-ups, prototype builds, and design reviews.
• Create and release engineering documentation, including 3D models, drawings, and specifications.
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams including manufacturing, suppliers, purchasing, and quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Demonstrated experience in component design, technical issue resolution, and engineering release.
• Must be able to work onsite 5 days per week in Sanford, NC.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
• Proficiency in CAD/CAE tools and sound mechanical design practices.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities.
