Sustainment Analyst (Supply Chain Software)

What you will do

• Provide user support by phone, email, and support tickets.
• Analyze incidents and problems in depth, identify root causes, and implement permanent solutions.
• Review technical documentation and other information sources while simulating and testing issues in the environment.
• Develop training content and educational materials and share knowledge with colleagues.
• Manage or support service levels agreed with customers.

Requirements

• English proficiency is required; resumes must be submitted in English.
• At least 2 years of experience in technical customer support.
• A completed bachelor's degree or current enrollment in the final year or later in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Intermediate knowledge of databases, Windows operating systems, networking concepts, and programming logic.
• Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, customer service, multitasking, prioritization, and self-management skills.

Nice to have

• Spanish language skills.
• Knowledge of logistics, supply chain management solutions, and Warehouse Management Systems.
• Experience with computer programming, programming languages, operating systems, and computer networking.
• Experience with the Körber One platform and K.Motion Warehouse Advantage applications.
