Solutions Analyst & Engineer (AI)

Location: New York, New York

Salary: $130,000–$170,000 base salary per year, plus discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits.

What you will do

• Learn how teams operate and design simpler workflows and automations that reduce repetitive effort.
• Build AI-forward solutions for parsing, scoring, intelligent automation, and other operational use cases.
• Integrate existing platforms, services, APIs, webhooks, and internal tooling into complete, scalable solutions.
• Own request intake, scope ambiguous problems, propose initial plans, and coordinate concurrent initiatives.
• Create reusable templates, guardrails, standards, training materials, and documentation.
• Run learning sessions and help teams adopt and independently maintain their workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business process automation, workflow optimization, enterprise technology enablement, technology consulting, or program delivery.
• Experience with Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Apps, SharePoint, Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence.
• Experience with API and webhook orchestration, Claude Projects, Claude Artifacts, Claude Cowork, Python, and JavaScript.
• Ability to scope ambiguous requests, organize complex cross-functional work, and manage multiple initiatives.
• Strong communication and pattern-recognition skills, with the ability to translate between technical and business audiences.
• Experience taking solutions through adoption and operating autonomously across multiple workstreams.
