What you will do

• Lead process discovery sessions with stakeholders to uncover automation opportunities and map end-to-end workflows.
• Design TO-BE processes incorporating Digital Workers and define scope, KPIs, and success criteria.
• Create detailed technical specifications including process flows, decision logic, and data mappings for engineering teams.
• Manage the handoff to AI Automation Engineers and ensure design integrity throughout the build and UAT phases.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to relay field insights and influence the product roadmap.
• Own client relationships, translating business needs into actionable technical requirements under time pressure.

Requirements

• Experience in solutions architecture, BPM, or technical delivery at a relevant top-tier company.
• Proven track record of working with enterprise clients on process transformation or technology implementations.
• Strong skills in process mapping and running discovery sessions using AS-IS/TO-BE methodologies.
• Ability to produce precise technical specifications that engineers can execute without ambiguity.
• Hands-on experience applying AI in practical business contexts beyond basic prompting.
• Professional fluency in Spanish and English.
• Must be based in Spain (Hybrid: Valencia, Madrid, or Barcelona).
