TL;DR
Solutions Consultant (AI): Designing accountable AI-driven process automation solutions for enterprise clients, from process discovery and AS-IS analysis through technical specifications and build handoff with an accent on Digital Workers, process transformation, and business-technical alignment. Focus on mapping complex workflows, defining decision logic and integrations, resolving design ambiguity during implementation, and validating solutions through UAT.
Location: Hybrid in Valencia, Madrid, or Barcelona, Spain; willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

What you will do
- Lead process discovery sessions with enterprise stakeholders and map end-to-end AS-IS workflows.
- Identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities, then design TO-BE processes using Digital Workers.
- Define scope, KPIs, success criteria, process flows, decision logic, integrations, and data mappings.
- Produce actionable technical specifications and conduct formal design reviews with AI Automation Engineers.
- Support the build phase, review completed Digital Workers, and participate in UAT.
- Own client communication, scope and estimate project work, contribute to delivery documentation, and share field insights with Product and Engineering.
Requirements
- Experience in solutions architecture, BPM or process consulting, consultancy, or technical delivery.
- Experience working with enterprise clients on process transformation or technology implementations.
- Strong process mapping skills and practical experience with AS-IS/TO-BE methodologies.
- Ability to create technical specifications that engineering teams can execute without ambiguity.
- Hands-on experience applying AI in practical business contexts and experience scoping and estimating project work.
- Professional fluency in Spanish and English; bachelor's or master's degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
