What you will do

• Analyze new business system development initiatives and improvements.
• Translate stakeholder business requirements into technical specifications.
• Configure, upgrade, and support the long-term operation of enterprise software environments.
• Direct software architecture and environment maintenance to support business IT needs.
• Assess processes, develop improvement plans, and lead implementation to improve service quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Define contracted services with external vendors and service providers; supervise, mentor, and coach analysts when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, equivalent work experience, or a master’s degree with six years of experience.
• Typically 8+ years of related experience.
• Comprehensive understanding of IT systems, software configuration, CI/CD, engineering, and business processes.
• Proficiency in software environments and upgrades.
• Certification requirements vary by business system.

Nice to have

• Advanced scripting skills with Python or PowerShell for automation and process improvement.
• Experience with enterprise architecture, cloud platforms, containerization, DevOps, microservices, and API management.
• Knowledge of data analysis, machine learning, AI, cybersecurity, and IT service management frameworks.
• Experience leading complex technical initiatives and mentoring analysts.
