Systems Integrator (AI/Python)

What you will do

• Integrate third-party providers, internal tools, SharePoint and Microsoft 365 into Databricks using APIs and existing connectors.
• Build documented, reusable data products for Excel, dashboards and natural-language querying.
• Design and ship internal applications and AI-enabled tools for fund management, asset management and finance teams.
• Prototype, evaluate and productionise document AI, retrieval and agentic workflows.
• Establish Databricks and Unity Catalog access, permission, environment, cost and usage-management guardrails.
• Standardise application templates, authentication, deployment and documentation while consolidating ad hoc scripts and workflows.

Requirements

• Strong experience integrating business systems, SaaS tools and data sources through REST APIs, connectors and authentication flows.
• Experience building and shipping data products or internal applications used by business teams.
• Daily working knowledge of Python and SQL.
• Production experience with a cloud data platform, preferably Databricks, including workspaces, catalogs, permissions and compute.
• Practical experience with LLM APIs, retrieval, agents, identity and access management, Microsoft 365 or SharePoint, and cloud or AI cost control.
• Clear communication skills and comfort taking ownership in a small team.

Nice to have

• Full-stack or application development experience with Streamlit, FastAPI or HTMX.
• Familiarity with Unity Catalog, Databricks Apps, Lakebase, Genie, vector search, embeddings, document AI or retrieval-augmented generation.
• Experience with Terraform, GitHub Actions, FinOps or shared data environments.
• Background in regulated settings, financial services, infrastructure investment, energy or renewable energy data.
