What you will do

• Assess Credit, Finance, and Fraud processes across UK and international operations to identify strategic improvement opportunities.
• Map current-state workflows to identify bottlenecks, manual activities, duplicate processes, and control gaps.
• Develop strategic transformation roadmaps, defining priorities, sequencing, ownership, and investment considerations.
• Prepare business cases and executive-level recommendations outlining solution options, trade-offs, and expected benefits.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Risk, Tech, Sales, Operations) to drive alignment and strategic decision-making.
• Establish performance metrics and governance frameworks to monitor roadmap execution and operational performance.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in strategy, transformation, consulting, finance, or credit operations improvement.
• Ability to map end-to-end processes and translate findings into a practical, actionable roadmap.
• Strong analytical skills for sizing issues, validating hypotheses, and building business cases.
• Working knowledge of credit, finance, and risk operational workflows.
• Experience in B2B, payments, fintech, or complex financial services environments.
• Must be based in or able to work from the London office.

Nice to have

• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, change management, or benefits realisation.
• Knowledge of data analytics, business intelligence, automation, or AI-enabled business transformation.
