Senior Data Management Analyst

TL;DR

Senior Data Management Analyst (Fintech): Driving the evolution and adherence to enterprise data standards and ownership frameworks with an accent on regulatory compliance and cross-functional governance. Focus on embedding consistent data practices across engineering, architecture, and operations to ensure trusted data for strategic decision-making.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Bristol, UK (Hybrid role).

What you will do

• Lead the rollout and evolution of the Data Ownership Framework to ensure clear accountability.
• Define and enforce enterprise-wide data policies, standards, and governance controls.
• Embed governance practices into day-to-day workflows across UX, engineering, and data teams.
• Partner with architecture to define single sources of truth and manage data flows.
• Facilitate data forums, maturity reviews, and control oversight processes.
• Coach data owners and stewards to build internal data governance capability.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship.
• Proven experience in data management, governance, or a related analytical role.
• Strong ability to drive behavioral change and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience in defining and enforcing data policies and standards.
• Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams including engineering and architecture.
