What you will do

• Own and manage core investment governance processes and documentation to ensure consistency and clear audit trails.
• Coordinate governance activity across the investment function and Group stakeholders.
• Implement scalable process improvements, including exploring AI enhancements.
• Partner with Technology teams to design and enhance automated workflows and process controls.
• Provide analytical support for investment decision-making activity.
• Design and deliver investment-related KPIs, focusing on customer outcomes.

Requirements

• Experience in investment governance, operations, risk, or compliance within financial services.
• Strong understanding of control frameworks, audit trails, and process documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate activity across senior stakeholders.
• Analytical capability with high attention to detail.
• Clear communication skills for maintaining governance materials and internal content.
• Location: Must be based in London for hybrid work
