What you will do

• Serve as a subject matter expert on federal and state health policy issues impacting the pharma/biotech sector, with a specific emphasis on vaccines.
• Lead project teams to solve complex client problems and develop novel strategic solutions.
• Manage multiple clients and deliver short- and long-term project goals.
• Resolve complex client issues independently with minimal management oversight.
• Supervise and mentor Associates to develop their consulting skills and subject matter expertise.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in health policy, public policy, healthcare management, or a relevant discipline.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in healthcare consulting or with a vaccine manufacturer focusing on policy and market access.
• Deep knowledge of the U.S. vaccine policy landscape, including Medicare, Medicaid, VFC, Section 317, and Commercial markets.
• Demonstrated experience managing primary market research projects (IDIs, advisory boards) and translating findings into strategic recommendations.
• Strong project management skills, including budget tracking and client engagement.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with MLR review cycles and Veeva Vault submission and approval processes.
• Ability to develop business cases for novel vaccine products based on access frameworks, provider economics, and channel strategy.
