What you will do

• Work with the Commercial Consulting team to assist organizations in maximizing commercial success.
• Lead project, capabilities and proposal development by working with project team to provide relevant secondary and primary research.
• Identify business development opportunities to expand the current client base and bring new business to the firm.
• Act as a member of the BU’s leadership team, handling and strengthening our client relationships.
• Demonstrate ownership of the business and the firm’s growth, thinking of new offerings and ways to improve our current offerings in the market.

Requirements

• 10+ years of direct and relevant experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech arena.
• 5+ years working in a management consulting firm advising on commercial projects for clients.
• Proven track record of meeting annual revenue targets of $3M+.
• Expert knowledge of healthcare market dynamics in major markets (US, EU5, Japan) as well as familiarity with patient, physician, and payer relationships.
• Proficient at Microsoft Office applications, e.g., PowerPoint, Word, Excel.
