What you will do

• Lead financial reporting, accounting, and consolidations, while driving continuous process improvement.
• Coordinate and manage the annual budget and forecasting processes.
• Oversee analyses of acquisitions, investments, and real estate considerations.
• Manage and develop the financial team through recruitment, training, and coaching.
• Lead internal and external audits and prepare monthly/quarterly reporting for Corporate.
• Control working capital and cash flow to ensure adherence to budgeted targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; CPA is desirable.
• Minimum 5 years of finance/accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong expertise in GAAP and recent regulatory changes.
• Experience with ERP systems implementation.
• Proven leadership and supervisory experience.
• Must be a U.S. Person in compliance with ITAR or EAR.

Nice to have

• Project Management experience.
• Experience in Government Accounting standards and regulations.
