What you will do

• Lead full-cycle accounting operations including general ledger, consolidations, and month/year-end close.
• Oversee financial reporting ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor and develop accounting teams to ensure consistent execution across time zones.
• Design and monitor internal control frameworks to safeguard assets and ensure compliance.
• Manage audit and tax relationships with external auditors and internal stakeholders.
• Drive process improvement and automation initiatives to streamline workflows and reporting efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA certification required.
• Progressive accounting experience in a leadership or controller-level capacity.
• Deep understanding of U.S. GAAP and internal control frameworks.
• Proven success leading complex close processes for multi-entity environments.
• Must be based in the United States.
