Salary: $125,000–$150,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead full-cycle accounting operations, including general ledger, consolidations, intercompany eliminations, reconciliations, accruals, and month-end and year-end close.
• Oversee financial reporting for internal leadership and external clients, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP or applicable standards and regulatory requirements.
• Lead, mentor, and develop distributed accounting teams across time zones.
• Design, implement, and monitor internal control frameworks, accounting policies, and procedures.
• Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and internal stakeholders while supporting timely filings and audits.
• Partner with FP&A and operations on budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, process automation, ERP implementations, M&A integrations, entity restructuring, and global expansion.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA certification required.
• Progressive accounting experience, including leadership or controller-level responsibility.
• Deep understanding of U.S. GAAP and internal control frameworks.
• Proven success leading complex month-end and year-end close processes in multi-entity or multi-client environments.
• Strong technical systems proficiency, including ERP systems such as Sage, advanced Excel, and accounting automation tools.
