What you will do

• Oversee all financial functions including general accounting, internal reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Lead the monthly/quarterly forecasting process, annual planning, and 5-year Strategic Plan.
• Partner with the leadership team to identify opportunities for financial improvement and strategic growth.
• Direct the preparation of P&L projections, Board updates, and cash flow analysis.
• Manage risk through internal controls, insurance programs, and performance metric tracking.
• Drive financial modeling for new product launches, market expansion, and capital investments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration required.
• 10+ years of experience in a senior finance management role within the industrial manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of product costing and Lean Manufacturing environments.
• Proven experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting financial insights to executive stakeholders.

Nice to have

• MBA or relevant professional certification.
• CPA designation.
