Segment Business Controller (Finance)

What you will do

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP and IFRS.
• Partner with segment leadership to drive profitability, margin expansion, and financial accountability.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning activities across multi-site environments.
• Provide financial support for acquisitions, integrations, and other strategic initiatives.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of finance and accounting personnel.
• Drive working capital improvements involving accounts receivable, inventory, and cash conversion.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or equivalent professional certification strongly preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive accounting and finance experience.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience overseeing divisional or segment financial operations.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and IFRS.
• Advanced skills in ERP, financial reporting, business intelligence, and Microsoft Excel.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Marietta, GA.

• Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
