What you will do

• Direct day-to-day operations of enterprise IAM infrastructure to ensure high availability and security.
• Lead production incident management, service restoration, and root cause analysis.
• Coordinate complex infrastructure upgrades, database maintenance, and software lifecycle activities.
• Manage Microsoft Windows Server and Linux environments hosting critical authentication services.
• Govern ITIL-based change management processes and verify production readiness.
• Mentor and develop a team of infrastructure and IAM engineers.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience in Infrastructure Engineering, Systems Administration, or IAM.
• 3+ years of experience managing infrastructure operations teams and direct reports.
• Strong experience administering enterprise Microsoft Server environments and Linux systems.
• Proven ability to manage PKI, certificate lifecycles, and security vulnerability remediation.
• Experience governing ITIL change management and leading critical incident response.
• Must be authorized to work in the US and capable of hybrid work in Evanston, IL.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM) tools.
• Professional certifications such as ITIL or PMP.
