What you will do

• Administer and support Okta integrations including SSO, provisioning, workflows, and device trust.
• Build and troubleshoot integrations between IAM and security tooling such as Vanta, Vectra, CrowdStrike, Netskope, and CyberArk.
• Maintain Active Directory and Microsoft 365 identity infrastructure, including conditional access and identity governance.
• Manage Okta device trust configurations and endpoint compliance policies.
• Support SOC 2 and FedRAMP audits by providing IAM evidence and access control documentation.
• Serve as a senior resource for broader IT Operations and systems administration tasks as needed.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in systems administration with a strong focus on IAM.
• Proven experience with Okta, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 identity/security administration.
• Experience with modern security tooling like CrowdStrike, Netskope, or CyberArk.
• Background in supporting compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 or FedRAMP.
• Must be based in the US.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work cross-functionally with InfoSec teams.

Nice to have

• Okta certifications (Certified Administrator or Certified Consultant).
• Experience with CyberArk PAM implementation or administration.
• Broad systems administration background covering servers, networking basics, and endpoint management.
• Experience working in regulated or compliance-heavy industries.
