What you will do

• Deploy, smoke test, and validate new code releases while managing environment backups and rollbacks.
• Maintain and control access to test environments using the principle of least privilege.
• Review and provide recommendations to improve environment performance and integration.
• Manage tickets and tasks to provide detailed support and implement technical solutions.
• Spec and build new environments as required by project needs.
• Collaborate with QA and Dev teams to provide effective technical assistance and communication.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor’s Degree in IT or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Customer Service and Information Technology.
• Strong expertise in Windows Server platforms (2003-2022), PowerShell automation, IIS, AD, and DNS.
• Experience with SQL, Oracle, VMWare, and CI/CD tools like GitLab, Bitbucket, and Artifactory.
• Ability to work during standard business hours with occasional off-hours support and travel.
