What you will do

• Drive end-to-end delivery of technical projects from conception through launch
• Configure and customize business systems, including workflows, integrations, and user permissions
• Manage technical vendor evaluations, contract negotiations, and performance assessments
• Analyze business processes to identify and implement automation and optimization opportunities
• Create and maintain comprehensive system documentation and lead knowledge management initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration across platforms

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in a technology-focused environment
• Strong skills in requirements gathering and translating business needs into technical specifications
• Experience with API integrations and iPaaS solutions
• Proven track record in systems configuration and vendor relationship management
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Must be able to comply with the hybrid policy in San Francisco, CA

Nice to have

• Knowledge of database management and SQL
• Experience with project management methodologies like Agile or Scrum
• Experience with business intelligence (BI) and reporting tools
• Background in high-growth startup environments
