What you will do

• Maintain and optimize the GTM tech stack including Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, HubSpot, and DocuSign.
• Develop and deploy AI-assisted workflows for automated account research, deal prep, and outbound prospecting.
• Manage Salesforce technical layers, including flows, object structures, and data hygiene standards.
• Identify and eliminate friction in sales workflows using API connections and AI automation.
• Evaluate new tools and manage the full lifecycle of the revenue stack from design to maintenance.
• Collaborate with Revenue Enablement to drive tool adoption and build performance reporting.

Requirements

• 5–6 years of experience in revenue or sales operations with a recent focus on AI workflow development.
• Work authorization for the United States (indicated by US-specific benefits).
• Proficiency in Salesforce object structure and data hygiene.
• Experience building API-connected toolchains and multi-system integrations.
• Practical fluency in LLMs and prompt engineering for production environments.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders including AEs and the CRO.

• Experience with Snowflake data modeling and warehouse structure.
