What you will do

• Manage a client book of business by fostering strong relationships with brokers and client contacts.
• Analyze plan performance quarterly and provide recommendations on benefit design and savings.
• Oversee PBM implementation timelines, including member communications and eligibility transitions.
• Validate PBM benefit configuration testing and review claims post-implementation.
• Coordinate and attend client meetings, including quarterly reviews and finalist presentations.
• Maintain internal documentation, CRM records, and client folders to ensure organizational accuracy.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa or residency sponsorship.
• Proven experience in account management or client service roles.
• Strong analytical skills for reviewing plan performance and benefit configurations.
• Ability to manage complex implementation timelines and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and internal documentation management.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting service overviews and managing client expectations.
