Salary: $89,020–$111,000 (plus sales incentive compensation of approximately 55%)

What you will do

• Build and maintain trusted partnerships with economic buyers and decision-makers.
• Lead the end-to-end sales process, from pipeline development to closing opportunities.
• Conduct consultative engagements to position optimal solutions across the hirify.global portfolio.
• Lead account strategy, periodic business reviews, and contract negotiations.
• Mobilize and coordinate internal cross-functional teams to advance opportunities.
• Execute sales strategies to maximize revenue growth and profitability.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of related B2B sales experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to close.
• Proven ability to develop compelling proposals and value-based selling strategies.
• Experience leveraging a complex matrixed environment to achieve business objectives.

Nice to have

• Experience working with clients in the FinTech industry, preferably in Specialty Lending or Finance.
