What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake and sourcing through offer and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and build effective recruiting strategies.
• Source and engage qualified candidates across local and global markets.
• Advise hiring teams on market conditions, candidate availability, and interview processes.
• Maintain accurate recruiting data and documentation in Workday.
• Support talent engagement projects and People team initiatives.

Requirements

• English: C1+ required (verbal and written).
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in-house or agency.
• Experience partnering with business leaders to assess talent and manage hiring processes.
• Proven ability to source and engage passive talent across multiple channels.
• Strong judgment and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
• Must be based in Brazil.

Nice to have

• Polish language fluency.
• Experience recruiting for SaaS, technology, or leadership-level roles.
• Workday experience.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing automation tools.
