What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales recruiters supporting Enterprise, Commercial, Channel, Federal, and Professional Services functions.
- Manage a small personal requisition load to maintain market connection and model recruiting excellence.
- Partner with Americas sales leadership to forecast hiring demand and align strategies with business priorities.
- Build and execute sourcing strategies using direct sourcing, referrals, and market intelligence.
- Drive accountability for key metrics including time-to-fill, quality of hire, and offer acceptance rates.
- Implement structured interviewing, AI-driven screening tools, and data-backed hiring processes.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of talent acquisition experience, with a strong foundation in sales recruiting (SaaS, cybersecurity, or enterprise tech).
- Minimum 3 years of people management experience leading recruiter teams.
- Proven track record of personally closing senior-level and hard-to-fill sales roles.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Proficiency with modern ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools.
- BA/BS degree required.
