What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales recruiters supporting Enterprise, Commercial, Channel, Federal, and Professional Services functions.
  • Manage a small personal requisition load to maintain market connection and model recruiting excellence.
  • Partner with Americas sales leadership to forecast hiring demand and align strategies with business priorities.
  • Build and execute sourcing strategies using direct sourcing, referrals, and market intelligence.
  • Drive accountability for key metrics including time-to-fill, quality of hire, and offer acceptance rates.
  • Implement structured interviewing, AI-driven screening tools, and data-backed hiring processes.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of talent acquisition experience, with a strong foundation in sales recruiting (SaaS, cybersecurity, or enterprise tech).
  • Minimum 3 years of people management experience leading recruiter teams.
  • Proven track record of personally closing senior-level and hard-to-fill sales roles.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Proficiency with modern ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools.
  • BA/BS degree required.
