What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all office management and facilities-related needs.
- Manage relationships with vendors and building management, including contract and performance oversight.
- Oversee the New York office visitor experience, including safety, compliance, and accessibility.
- Plan and execute in-office events and activations to drive employee engagement.
- Provide first-response IT troubleshooting for device connectivity and meeting room functionality.
- Partner with international hubs to ensure alignment in workplace standards and communication.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in office management or workplace operations.
- Must be based in New York City or open to relocation.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and comfort learning new operational systems.
- Experience managing vendors and external partners.
- Working knowledge of office safety protocols and compliance standards.
- Ability to perform physical tasks associated with office setup and operations.
Nice to have
- Media agency experience.
- Experience with tools such as Navan, Upflex, Emburse, and Jira.
- Comfort using AI-powered tools to streamline workflows.
