• Lead the delivery of the people agenda for multiple businesses across the CEE region.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders on strategy, organizational effectiveness, and leadership capability.
• Provide leadership and direction to HR teams based in Amsterdam and Germany.
• Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including employee relations, compensation, talent planning, and performance management.
• Partner with HR Centres of Excellence to deliver aligned programs and solutions across markets.
• Drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement and foster an inclusive culture.

Требования

• Fluent in German and English with strong communication and influencing skills.
• Proven experience in a multi-country HR leadership role within a matrixed organization.
• Strong knowledge of employment law across multiple jurisdictions.
• Demonstrated expertise in organizational design, change management, and culture transformation.
• Ability to travel regularly across the region, including Munich, Amsterdam, Vienna, Zurich, and London.
