What you will do

• Lead the Organisational Development & Talent team in its evolution toward a center for organization development.
• Translate growth strategies into operating models, organizational structures, roles, and decision rights.
• Establish and implement the company's change method based on structural root cause diagnosis.
• Manage culture-integration methods for acquisitions in coordination with the M&A lead.
• Govern succession planning for critical roles to ensure leadership continuity.
• Design employee experience and set the strategic direction for AI adoption across the workforce.

Requirements

• At least 12 years of experience in organisation development, change, or transformation, with significant time at a senior or lead level.
• Proven expertise in organisation design, including operating models and growth-plan target organisations.
• Hands-on experience with post-merger integration on live deals.
• Proficiency in recognized change methodologies and their practical application.
• Master's degree in organisation development, organisational psychology, HR, or business administration.
• Fluent English proficiency required.

• Fluency in German.
