Talent, Learning Leadership & DIB Intern (HR): Supporting strategic and operational initiatives for people development and diversity, inclusion, and belonging within a global financial institution with an accent on data-driven insights, project coordination, and community engagement. What you will do

• Conduct research on learning and leadership development trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare data-driven reports and presentations for senior leadership.
• Coordinate the planning and execution of learning programs, workshops, and leadership interventions.
• Support the Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging (DIB) strategy and the Unknown Talent program.
• Organize and facilitate training sessions, leadership events, and Employee Resource Group (ERG) activities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with HR teams to ensure seamless delivery of talent initiatives.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
• Mandatory: Must be enrolled at a Dutch university (or EU-university for EU passport holders).
• Strong interest in learning and leadership development.
• Proficiency in English and strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Comfortable working with data tools, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
• Availability for a minimum period of 6 months.
