About the company

In this role, you will partner with business leaders, support strategic people initiatives, and act as the key interface between the Swiss headquarters and the People team in Portugal.
Responsibilities
— Act as the trusted People Business Partner for a designated business area, advising leaders on organisational development, change management, and transformation.
— Translate business strategies into People actions across the employee lifecycle, including performance, talent management, development, retention, and compensation.
— Leverage People analytics and workforce insights to support business decisions and workforce planning.
— Serve as the key liaison between the People teams in Switzerland and Portugal, ensuring alignment across locations.
— Contribute to People projects and transformation initiatives to improve People processes, tools, and organisational effectiveness.
Requirements
— 3+ years of experience as a People Business Partner, including transformation initiatives, project work, and collaboration with international teams.
— Strong stakeholder management skills in a complex organisational environment.
— Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and drive meaningful change.
— Fluent in German and English; Italian, French, or Portuguese is an advantage.
