TL;DR
Head of People (EMEA): Leading the regional people and culture strategy for a global educational organization with an accent on organizational transformation, employee engagement, and Works Council partnership. Focus on driving high-performance culture, ensuring regulatory compliance, and acting as a strategic advisor to the executive team.
Location: Must be based in The Hague, Netherlands (Hybrid: 2 days in office required).
Salary: €103,800–€130,000.

What you will do
- Partner with senior leadership to align people strategy with business objectives.
- Lead and develop a high-performing regional HR team.
- Partner effectively with the Works Council.
- Champion a culture of high performance and employee engagement.
- Lead change management initiatives and support organizational transformation.
- Manage employee relations, wellbeing, and organizational health initiatives.
Requirements
- Fluent in Dutch and English required.
- Strong HR leadership experience within multinational organizations.
- Extensive experience working in partnership with a Works Council.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and compliance requirements.
- Proven experience driving organizational change and transformation.
- Ability to influence key stakeholders and work collaboratively with diverse teams.
