TL;DR

Head of People (EMEA): Leading the regional people and culture strategy for a global educational organization with an accent on organizational transformation, employee engagement, and Works Council partnership. Focus on driving high-performance culture, ensuring regulatory compliance, and acting as a strategic advisor to the executive team.

Location: Must be based in The Hague, Netherlands (Hybrid: 2 days in office required).

Salary: €103,800–€130,000.

What you will do

• Partner with senior leadership to align people strategy with business objectives.
• Lead and develop a high-performing regional HR team.
• Partner effectively with the Works Council.
• Champion a culture of high performance and employee engagement.
• Lead change management initiatives and support organizational transformation.
• Manage employee relations, wellbeing, and organizational health initiatives.

Requirements

• Fluent in Dutch and English required.
• Strong HR leadership experience within multinational organizations.
• Extensive experience working in partnership with a Works Council.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and compliance requirements.
• Proven experience driving organizational change and transformation.
• Ability to influence key stakeholders and work collaboratively with diverse teams.
