About the company
Wellis is a fast-growing healthtech scale-up building an integrated healthcare platform in the Netherlands. The company combines medical expertise, technology, and data to make healthcare more accessible while scaling its People & Culture function to support continued growth.

Responsibilities
— Partner with team leads on organisation design, team structure, role clarity, and headcount planning.
— Build and improve People frameworks for performance, onboarding, manager enablement, and people decisions.
— Drive key People projects, including performance process rollout, onboarding revamp, training, and people analytics.
— Act as a sparring partner for managers on team health, feedback, engagement, and employee development.
— Use people data to identify trends, recommend actions, and improve people practices.

Requirements
— 5+ years of experience in an HRBP, People Partner, People & Culture Partner, Organisation Development, People Strategy, or HR Project role.
— Strong experience in organisation design, headcount planning, role clarity, and practical people solutions.
— Experience with performance, onboarding, manager enablement, engagement, L&D, people analytics, or employee development.
— Strong analytical and communication skills with fluent English.
— Comfortable working with HR systems, spreadsheets, documentation, and project planning tools.
