What you will do

• Act as a senior HR expert for complex employee relations matters across multiple European countries.
• Provide pragmatic guidance on high-risk cases including performance management, investigations, and terminations.
• Draft and maintain country-specific HR documentation using AI and automation tools.
• Partner with internal teams and customers to solve complex people issues in a timely manner.
• Lead cross-functional projects to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
• Analyze ticket trends to identify systemic issues and build proactive resources.

Requirements

• 6+ years of ER & HR generalist experience with a track record of supporting internal and external clients.
• Deep employee relations expertise across multiple countries, including investigations and terminations.
• Fluent English language proficiency.
• Must be based within UTC–UTC+3 time zone.
• Strong understanding of local HR practices and legal frameworks in Europe.
• Tech-forward mindset with practical experience using AI tools for research and data analysis.

Nice to have

• Demonstrable experience with EOR (Employer of Record) models.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, scaling startup or global tech environment.
• Additional language skills.
• Experience implementing AI tools or automation workflows in an HR function.
