What you will do

• Partner with the CFO and Executive Team to influence strategic planning and capital allocation.
• Lead annual budgeting, long-range planning, and rolling forecast processes.
• Develop and maintain enterprise KPIs, dashboards, and performance reporting.
• Serve as a finance partner to functional leaders in Commercial, Operations, and Engineering.
• Perform complex financial modeling to support new product development and business investments.
• Build, develop, and manage the FP&A team through coaching and performance management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 12+ years of progressive finance experience with significant FP&A leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to build or transform an FP&A function.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical capabilities.
• Experience with ERP and planning systems such as Hyperion, NetSuite, or Adaptive.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with a hands-on approach.

• Master’s degree in Finance or related field.
• Experience in private equity-backed or high-growth environments.
• Background in the manufacturing or medical device industry.
