What you will do

• Lead the preparation of consolidation and management reporting for the Board of Directors and executive leadership.
• Own the revenue forecasting process, variance analysis, and monthly/quarterly forecast cycles.
• Administer and optimize Adaptive Planning models, dimensions, and security roles.
• Drive automation and system improvements across planning and ERP platforms like NetSuite.
• Partner with Accounting and business stakeholders to ensure data integrity and consistent financial reporting.
• Translate complex financial data into concise narratives for senior management.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance, ideally in a publicly traded company.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong background in revenue forecasting and financial modeling.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for executive-level presentations.
• Experience with consolidation reporting and Board/Audit Committee reporting.
• Systems-savvy with the ability to optimize planning and ERP platforms.

Nice to have

• Experience in SaaS, healthcare, or telehealth environments.
• Familiarity with automation tools such as VBA, Python, SQL, or Power BI.
• Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning or NetSuite.
