Financial Analyst

TL;DR

Financial Analyst (Finance): Performing financial reporting, planning, and forecasting for a digital manufacturing leader with an accent on P&L visibility and data-driven insights. Focus on building reporting processes in DOMO, conducting variance analysis, and supporting executive management with annual plans and quarterly reviews.

Location: Must be based in Maple Plain, MN (Hybrid: Onsite Tuesday-Thursday). Role is restricted to U.S. Citizens, permanent residents, or refugees/asylees due to ITAR compliance.

Salary: $67,400 - $89,800 a year

What you will do

• Lead and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting compared to plans and past results.
• Build and manage data visualization reporting using the DOMO cloud platform.
• Assist in the creation of financial plans and forecasts for executive leadership.
• Develop and manage key assumptions used in the budgeting and forecasting process.
• Analyze financial data, including trends and variances, to influence business decisions.
• Collaborate with Finance leaders to develop management presentations for business reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen, permanent resident, or have refugee/asylee status (ITAR compliance).
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and data modeling experience.
• Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft AX preferred).
• Experience with visualization reporting solutions (DOMO preferred).
• 2-3 years of finance experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
