What you will do

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and reporting for HR, Finance, and Corporate Communications units.
• Collaborate with business partners to provide cost/benefit analytics and actionable financial insights.
• Manage budget activities and provide regular updates on financial projections and variances.
• Support profitability efforts, legal entity allocations, and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Analyze headcount and compensation impacts on overall financial results.
• Identify and implement opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of finance experience in financial planning, management reporting, and decision modeling.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large data sets and complex business problems.
• Proficiency in financial management technologies and data visualization tools like Power BI.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative discipline.
• Ability to interface effectively with senior management and work in a cross-functional team.
• Must be able to work from the Atlanta office 4 days per week.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in investment management or financial services.
• Knowledge of Oracle or Hyperion planning systems.
• MBA degree.
