What you will do

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on access control, video surveillance, and intrusion detection systems.
• Serve as the primary technical escalation point for field engineers, providing advanced diagnostics and root cause analysis.
• Lead small-scale service projects and system upgrades, coordinating technical resources and schedules.
• Configure and maintain IP-based security systems and networked devices.
• Maintain accurate service records, documentation, and reporting from issue to resolution.
• Act as an onsite liaison between clients, stakeholders, and internal project teams.

Requirements

• US Citizenship is required for this role.
• 3+ years of experience installing and supporting enterprise-level security systems.
• Industry-recognized certifications in access control or video management systems (e.g., Lenel, Milestone, CCure 9000).
• Hands-on experience with enterprise-level networking and IP-based security architectures.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings using AutoCAD and Visio.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 50 lbs and working in varied environmental conditions.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Manufacturer certifications such as Genetec, S2, DMP, Bosch, or Software House.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Experience with documentation tools like Bluebeam or System Surveyor.
