What you will do

• Manage and maintain a fully functional lab environment to support engineering development.
• Perform electrical, mechanical, and software troubleshooting to resolve equipment issues.
• Triage and redeploy test setups requiring hardware or software upgrades.
• Handle physical logistics, including prototype setup, server racking, and network cabling.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate logs of lab supplies and equipment.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality assurance practices.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 10+ years of experience in server hardware debugging.
• 2+ years of experience with hirify.global IPU devices or similar competitor products.
• Proficiency in lab administration, safety protocols, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including working on ladders and managing network cabling.
• Must be eligible to work in the US without hirify.global immigration sponsorship.
