Salary: $86,300–$121,840 USD

What you will do

• Lead equipment installation execution from pre-design through SL2 signoff.
• Develop and maintain detailed micro-schedules and pull plans for installation and qualification.
• Coordinate facility readiness activities including utility startup, networking, and system turnover.
• Participate in cross-functional design reviews with OEMs, module teams, and contractors.
• Drive supplier performance management and ensure adherence to hirify.global standards.
• Apply Lean principles to reduce waste and improve installation cycle times.

Requirements

• Must be able to work onsite 5 days per week in Phoenix, Arizona.
• Bachelor's degree with 1+ years of experience, Associate's degree with 3+ years of experience, or 5+ years of relevant experience in semiconductor manufacturing, facilities construction, or equipment engineering.
• Strong project management skills including planning, scheduling, and risk mitigation.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Not eligible for hirify.global immigration sponsorship.
