What you will do

• Serve as the subject matter expert for the Quality Evaluation Requirements Tracking System (QERTS).
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve existing QERTS data, workflow, and configuration issues.
• Investigate system errors to ensure data integrity and traceability.
• Review quality evaluation requirements and surveillance records for accuracy and completeness.
• Identify root causes of recurring system issues and implement sustainable corrective actions.
• Provide technical guidance and knowledge transfer to internal personnel for ongoing administration.

Requirements

• Active DOE Q Clearance.
• Demonstrated experience serving as a QERTS Subject Matter Expert.
• Strong understanding of QERTS workflows, data structure, and quality evaluation processes.
• Ability to work full-time on-site at Los Alamos National Laboratory.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.

Nice to have

• Previous experience supporting DOE, NNSA, or National Laboratory programs.
• Familiarity with weapons surveillance, stockpile evaluation, or production operations.
• Experience supporting system optimization, data cleanup, or process improvement initiatives.
• Experience training or mentoring system users and administrators.
