What you will do

• Own key tool installation milestones including rigging, placement, hook-up, and qualification.
• Coordinate cross-functional design reviews with internal teams, OEMs, and trade contractors.
• Enforce cleanroom protocols and safety standards to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Drive micro-schedules and pull plans to accelerate tool readiness and construction paths.
• Manage third-party vendor contracts, KPIs, and performance scorecards.
• Apply Lean principles to eliminate waste and improve installation efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the US without hirify.global immigration sponsorship.
• Must be able to work on-site in a cleanroom/construction environment 5 days per week.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or Business with 3+ years of relevant experience, OR Associate's degree with 5+ years, OR 7+ years of equivalent experience.
• Proven project management skills including planning, scheduling, and risk mitigation.
• Ability to navigate construction areas and coordinate with diverse stakeholders.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• Experience with medium or large-scale construction or tool install programs.
• Knowledge of hirify.global systems (EMS, SIRFIS, Fuzion, QUEST, IMCS, etc.).
• Experience with station controller setup, automation, and tool maintenance.
