Location: Must be based in the United States. This is a fully remote role with an optional hybrid component for those living near hirify.global offices.

Salary: $80,000–$130,000

What you will do

• Cultivate and retain a portfolio of employer partners in key industries like healthcare, engineering, and manufacturing.
• Build and manage an employer pipeline through targeted outreach and data-driven prospecting strategies.
• Source and qualify industry representatives for AP course advisory and development committees.
• Co-create work-based learning experiences and educational content with external partners.
• Serve as an internal subject matter expert on workforce trends and employer talent priorities.
• Synthesize employer feedback to influence program design and strategic positioning.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience in employer partnerships, business development, or strategic advisory roles.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Authorization to work in the United States for any employer.
• Strong consultative skills with experience managing multi-stakeholder governance structures.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Suite, and CRM tools.
• Willingness to travel ~12–15 times per year for business purposes.
