Salary: $110,400 – $140,760

What you will do

• Apply hirify.global methodologies to support workforce transformation, organizational change, and payroll operations.
• Develop scalable approaches to manage operational change, assessing impacts and capability needs across stakeholders.
• Design and execute integrated communication strategies to keep stakeholders aligned and engaged.
• Facilitate client workshops, requirements gathering sessions, and workforce transformation working sessions.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify risks and opportunities in HR and payroll operations.
• Support business development efforts by drafting proposals and participating in client meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Communications, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of related work experience, preferably in a similar consulting practice.
• Experience in program/project management or organizational change management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Visio, Word, Excel, and Project).
• Ability to travel typically 40-50%, and occasionally up to 80%.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Certifications such as Prosci, CCMP, PMP, Lean, Six Sigma, or CPP.
• Experience with communication tools like Camtasia, Canva, or Poll Everywhere.
• Ability to leverage AI productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft 365 Copilot) to accelerate work quality.
