Location: Remote/Hybrid (US). Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship. Requires up to 50% national travel.

Salary: $75,000 - $80,000

What you will do

• Develop content for webinars, workshops, blog posts, analytics spreadsheets, and reports.
• Evaluate school usage and optimize configuration of Payment Plans, Billing, and Financial Aid Management products.
• Collaborate with the Product Manager to align best practices with the product roadmap.
• Host online and onsite best practice workshops for existing customers and prospects.
• Train internal teams on financial management best practices within the FACTS ecosystem.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in education, business, or technology.
• 3+ years of experience working in a Business office at a K-12 private school.
• 3+ years of experience with FACTS Payment Plans, Billing, and Financial Aid Management products.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
• Ability to travel nationally up to 50% of the year.
• Strong public speaking, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
